Managing Director
Liam’s track record spans all real estate asset classes having acted for some of the UK’s best-known real estate companies, family offices and high-net-worths. Liam has personally advised and structured transactions involving hundreds of residential units, HMOs, branded and unbranded hotels, industrial units, and a swathe of commercial real estate.
Liam’s transactional experience covers the UK from Cornwall to Aberdeen, including some of London’s premier freehold addresses.
Oliver Spriggs
Director
Oliver has been a qualified RICS member for over 10 years, with experience across a wide range of sectors, both commercial and residential. He is a specialist in the pricing and acquisition of residential units across London with a particular focus on Prime markets.
His wide range of contacts and experience advising some of London’s largest developers places him in good stead to understand emerging trends and help find clients the best market opportunities. Oliver’s advice is clear, concise and always evidence-based, ensuring that his clients make considered buying and selling decisions.
Oliver graduated from Bristol with a degree in Property Management & Investment.
Andrew Abbott
Director
Andrew graduated from the University of Northumbria with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. With over seven years of experience in acquiring and disposing of property assets across all sectors, he has transacted approximately £275 million in deals.
He joined LITO Real Estate in October 2025 as a Director, bringing strong market knowledge and an extensive network of industry relationships. Since joining, Andrew has already found success with a number of new transactions in both acquisitions and disposals.
